10 Minutes Fun Exercises
Being Health is a very important value in our life. But most people don't really care about their health,especially people who are very busy with their job. According to those facts,PT Mahkota Tri Angjaya has a strong willing for its employees to keep their health by doing simple exercises everyday. We take 10 minutes from our work time for having simple exercise together. There are 2 main exercise positions. The first 5 minutes are exercises in sitting position, and the other 5 minutes are exercises in standing position. These exercises are mainly aimed to keep employees' backbone in correct perpendicular position. The movements are simple and easy. Our employees enjoy it very well. They said that it is fun and relaxing. By doing such exercise we hope that our employees are always fit and we can increase their awareness about health
